  • On-site Maintenance by After-Sales Personnel

    We have a team of professional after-sales engineers with extensive experience and advanced skills, available 24/7. If customers encounter equipment issues that are difficult to resolve, our after-sales engineers will fly to the customer's location, providing on-site maintenance to alleviate customer concerns.

  • Spare Parts Support

    The entire washing machine unit, including wet washing machines, comes with a 3-year warranty. Within these three years, any damaged parts will be replaced free of charge. The drying machine unit is covered by a 1-year warranty, and within this period, any damaged parts will also be replaced free of charge. We can provide customers with lifetime spare parts support.

  • Warranty

    All Kingstar wet washing machines are covered by a 3-year warranty, while the bearings have a 5-year warranty. The drying machines are covered by a 1-year warranty.
