Kingstar 100 kg Industrial Dryer: Unique Insulation Design Saves Drying Energy Consumption

Industrial dryers need to consume a lot of steam when they are used. Reducing the steam consumption of the dryer can save more energy expenditure for the washing plant and obtain more profits.

Kingstar Industrial dryers have made corresponding energy-saving designs in terms of design and program to provide more efficient and energy-saving industrial dryers for laundry plants.

Design

❑ Inner drum: Kingstar 100 kg dryer’s inner cylinder adopts a 1:20 load ratio design, that is, the inner cylinder volume is 2000L.

An inner drum of large volume is more conducive to the stretching and rolling of the linen in the drum. The 304 stainless steel inner cylinder with a large area of dense punching can increase the intake air volume and improve the drying efficiency.

❑ Outer cylinder: The outer cylinder adopts thermal insulation design and uses wool felt covering for thermal insulation. In this way, the dryer heats up quickly when heating. It can effectively lock the temperature during operation, reduce heat loss and improve the drying speed.

Program

❑ Drying programs: In terms of programs, the Kingstar 100 kg dryer uses a 10-inch full-color touch screen, which can store 99 drying programs. Parameters in each program can be adjusted as well. When drying, the dryer uses a three-mode control: time, temperature and humidity.  

❑ Humidity controller: People can monitor the humidity in the barrel through the humidity controller of the outlet to understand the towel drying situation. It can avoid incomplete drying of towels, or excessive drying resulting in hard and yellow towels, and avoid steam waste.

Kingstar100 kg dryer consumes 250 kg of steam per hour. It takes only 40 minutes to dry 100 kg of towels (refers to dry towel weight) and consumes about 166 kg of steam. Kingstar’s drying is more efficient and consumes less energy than ordinary dryers.

To reduce steam consumption when drying and reduce the moisture content of towels as low as possible, and industrial washing machines with high dehydration rate are essential.

● Kingstar’s same series of industrial washer extractor has a 400G dehydration factor design. The strength design of the whole machine, transmission system design, high-quality inverter configuration are designed on basis of 400G super dehydration capacity. It can be combined with the dryer to greatly reduce the consumption of steam and shorten the towel drying time.
