The wet washing machine is increasingly popular in the laundry industry, while how to choose a wet washing machine is an important problem. Today, we will share this with you.
The Spin-stop Ratio
The wet washing machines can easily wash wool and silk, while these fabrics cannot be washed with a strong mechanical force so they need to use the low ratio and a certain spin-stop ratio to wash these fabrics. As a result, the low spinning speed must be 20 rpm per minute or even lower so as to meet the requirements of wet washing.
The main function of the wet washing machines’ spin-stop ratio is to control mechanical force. According to different clothes, the wet washing detergents needed are different. Different wet cleaning detergents require different mechanical forces to cooperate with, and the adjustment of the speed and the start-stop ratio can well regulate the mechanical force. However, this places higher requirements on the motor and inverter than ordinary water washing machines.
The High Spin Speed G Force
When doing wet washing, people use water as a solvent to wash, while fabrics like wool and cashmere are sensitive to water and can’t be washed for a long time. So, the wet washing machines need to have a high spin speed G force, often over 350 G, to ensure both short washing time and short dehydration time. The spin speed G force has something to do with the inner drum’s diameter and the speed of high dehydration. The higher the speed, the larger the diameter, and the greater the G force. The formula is G=0.00112rn² (r is the inner drum radius, n is the high dehydration speed). For example, the Kingstar 25 kg wet washing machine has an inner drum diameter of 750mm and a high dehydration speed of 980. The spin speed G force is 403 through calculation, which can quickly dehydrate and reduce the residence time of water in the fiber.
If the speed of spinning is high, there will be high demands for the inner drum strength, processing technology, concentricity of the inner and outer barrels, assembly accuracy, and overall stability of the wet cleaning machine. Therefore, when choosing a wet washing machine, people need to carefully understand the technology of each part such as the inner and outer barrels, pulleys, bearings, shock absorbers, etc.
Water Temperature Control
When washing some fabrics like wool and silk, the water temperature has a big impact on the fibers. High water temperature will contribute to shrinkage, fading, staining, and so on. As a result, wet cleaning machines require more precise water temperature control and need to be equipped with high-quality temperature sensors. A good wet cleaning machine can control the water temperature within 2°C.
Water Level Control
Since the water level affects the concentration of wet detergent and the mechanical force during washing and rinsing, the wet cleaning machine needs to be able to better control the amount of water added to achieve better wet cleaning results. Therefore, the wet cleaning machine also needs a high-quality water level sensor.
Automatic filling of wet washing detergents
Wet washing is a standard laundry process. To minimize manual participation, the wet washing machine generally uses the automatic filling of wet washing detergents, which usually requires the control board with 6 or more liquid detergent filling signals and ports.
