Precautions for Washing New Linen for the First Time

Why should new hotel linen be washed before use?
All fabrics undergo processes like boiling, bleaching, and dyeing, each involving chemicals. For a better customer experience, new linen should always be washed before use. 
What are the precautions for first-time washing of new linen?

1. Temperature: When washing new white cotton linen, keep the water temperature below 50°C to prevent wrinkling.
2. Colored Stripes: For white linen with colored stripes, keep the water temperature below 37°C to prevent dyeing and affecting the whiteness.
3. Lint: All new linen may have slight surface lint during the first wash, which is normal. The lint will disappear after several washes.
4. Separate Washing: To maintain the whiteness, do not wash new linen with old linen.
