Kingstar Heavy-Duty Industrial Washers feature a 12.1-inch high-definition touchscreen design. They can store up to 50 intelligent washing programs, which can be edited according to the fabric of the garments. The entire washing process is computer-controlled, ensuring fully automated, standardized washing.
These washers possess an exceptionally high dewatering rate, with a G-force factor reaching up to 400G. The entire machine’s strength design, transmission design, and configuration of high-quality frequency converters are all engineered around this powerful 400G dewatering capability. This significantly reduces the moisture content in linens and clothing, thereby lowering steam consumption during drying and shortening drying times.
The inner drum, outer cylinder, and all other water-contact parts of Kingstar Heavy-Duty Industrial Washers are entirely constructed from 304 stainless steel material. This prevents rust formation on the washer, ensuring that rust does not compromise washing quality.
The machines incorporate a triple shock absorption system: inner and outer double-layer seat springs + rubber foot vibration dampers + damping shock absorption. This achieves ultra-low vibration with a shock absorption rate of up to 98%. Consequently, they can be installed and used directly on any floor level without requiring a special foundation.
The transmission system of Kingstar Fully Automatic Industrial Washers is meticulously designed. The main shaft diameter reaches up to 160mm at its thickest point. The triple-bearing design utilizes high-quality roller bearings and oil seals, guaranteeing no need for bearing oil seal replacement for up to 5 years. The pulley is integrally die-cast from aluminum alloy material, effectively ensuring the assembly precision of the main shaft. This provides excellent anti-rust, anti-corrosion, and shock-resistant effects, contributing to a longer service life.
Additionally, Kingstar offers 100kg and 120kg front-tilting washers. These machines feature a tilting discharge function, making unloading linens significantly easier. This design helps avoid the need for forceful pulling, thereby preventing potential damage to the linens.
